After a career in HR, Meg studied her Masters in Organisational Psychology at Birkbeck, gaining a distinction, before commencing her PhD in Organisational Psychology where her research explores how the psychological working environment shapes employee experiences following personal trauma.

Meg puts her research background to excellent use here at MI-Say, working with our customers to undertake in depth discovery, and leading on analytics and reporting.  Her areas of expertise include
